We completed our Kansas mission with the tour of the Underground Salt Museum. It was pretty amazing and Donnie got his fix of new information tidbits. We even got to hand mine some salt crystals that I will bring our science teachers.

Next mission thanks to JoAnne and Stacy Schlanker is Omaha, Nebraska so we stocked the cooler and headed northwest. I am so excited because it is on my list of cities to visit. The task is to find and photograph the bronze bison which is part of the First National Sculpture Park (the one that broke away) Science and Fine Arts!
After camping at Two Rivers Recreation Area outside Omaha, we will head into the city tomorrow to complete our assignment, visit the zoo, and explore the city.
